Weizendoppelbock. Just in time for cold weather we dialed up this full bodied doppelbock recipe and added the traditional beechwood smoked malt to give it an intense but pleasant smoked character. Reminiscent of sitting by the campfire and spinning yarns about ghosts, goblins, specters, spooks, Sebastians, Sauers and all the things that scare normal breweries away from brewing smoked beers.
