Bottle from the Spar near the source. Very slightly hazy pale yellow color, rare bubble. Aroma of light dust, pear, lemon, grapes, tannins. Taste is tannic and lightly acidic white wine, mixed stonefruit, tart pear. Very tasty

0,1l from bottle(?) at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, spices, peppery, grassy, lactic. Decent to nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes funky, grassy, peppery, herbal, some vinous notes, light honey, flowery. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of vinous notes, grassy and lactic notes. Pretty good one, good to drink
