For this collaboration with our bffs - JC & Esther at Trillium - we decided to bring out something extra special from our hop fridge. Riwaka hops have a strong not of passion fruit but due to the notoriously low yield of this variety and the high demand it is hard to get hold of. Please enjoy this absolute tribute to this hop.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Cloudy bronze colour, small head. Aroma of canned peach, Very sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Syrupy with canned peach, caramelly malt. Low bitterness. Mostly sticky.

Can (from Alko web). Hazy OJ yellow colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, nectary, some spicy and mild fudge tones. Flavour is fruity, nectary, some fudge and sweet caramel with some pineapple to it.

Can bought at Hogs Back Brewery shop, Tongham. Aroma is sweet. Fruity. Vanilla rice pudding. Hazy pineapple yellow. Foamy translucent white head. Big and stone fruity, with sugary Vanilla sweetness. Underlying resin, moreso into the finish. Boozy to boot. Medium bodied. Creamy. Flat-average carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Exactly what you want from the style.

Can 44 cl. Cloudy, opaque, yellowish golden with a small, rough, white head. Spicy, always minty hop aroma. Rich, sweet - very sweet - fruitiness with grassy, minty, spicy hop flavors. Some hops in the finish cannot quite balance the almost cloying sweetness. 260123

Nice balanced and tasty hop juice Cloudy yellow pour and a fine head Ok intensity in the aroma Decent sweetness and a mellow carbonation level Tropical fruity, pine and citric hoppy flavor [Can from Systembolaget - Drottninggatan in Karlstad, Sweden]

A totally murky, light yellow beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has fruitness, mandarin, mango, grapefruit, fructose. Taste has grapefruit, mango quite strong body. Medium+ bodied. Slightly heavy and not so refreshning. This a good beer.
