Superb amber winter beer, topped with a substantial frothy head. It offers wonderful flavours of herbs, pepper and malt. Like all the beers in the Goliath range, it is subtly bitter.

Best before 11/24, tasting the bottle during the last friday, at home. A right and classical Belgian ale, a bit sour and a bit swewt, dry note of malt,, hint of apricot, normal bitterness, refreshing, thanks Luigi for this boote, coming from le Belge.

Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a muddy orange colour with a very thin soapy looking off-white head. Aroma is quite spicy with orange fruits, toasty bread and hints of nuts. Taste is a little sour with more orange fruity notes and also some present alcohol. Also some woody notes. Thin watery body, sparkly carbonation and very slightly oily mouthfeel. Not bad quite refreshing but so watery thin. Wouldn’t care if i didn’t have this again
