Bottle @ Really Late Ulfborg Summer Tasting, 2012. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Rosemary, oregano and basil. Italian restaurant meets a dental clinic. Medium bodied. Fine balance and drinkable for sure.

bottle, thanks to kappldav! The list of ingredients looks impressive: there are herbs in there I didn’t know they exist. Good malty base, very herbal and spicy, it is not clear to tell if the bitterness comes from herbs or hops. Nevertheless, a very interesting and good beer.

Hazy amber color. Delicate aroma of citrus and herbs. Light malt taste, with a gentle herbal touch

Bottle from the brewpub. Dark amber with a thin head. Aroma is spice but difficult to pick a dominant one. Flavour is smoky, spicy, tangy, spicy, smoky, very flavoursome. Long spicy palate. Good stuff.

Very interesting ingredients in this beer, so I was very escited to try it. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass light, zippy, small head. Medical-spicy aroma. Starts very spicy and reminds me of cough syrup, turns then fast into sweet, nice honey notes. From all those spices only sage is recognized clearly. Sweet finish, very well balanced and wonderful drinkable. The wonderful spicy aroma is impressing with every sip. Well done unusual beer!
