Bottle. Pale blonde with a green haze. Grassy, herbal aroma. Rosemary and sage. Herbal, spicy flavor. menthol. Poor balance. Drink very cold, I’d say.

Der Geruch ist süßlich mit leichtem Honigtouch. Hat was von Underberg in süß. Im Antrunk gibt es sich sehr süffig; honig-süßlich, weich, CO²-arm. Honigkräuterbonbon in nicht ganz so intensiv. Der Honig harmoniert gut mit dem Malz, tolle Kräuternoten. Im Nachgeschmack kommt zu der süßen Note eine leicht scharfe Herbe hinzu. Langer Nachgeschmack nach Kräutern.
--> Interessantes Bier. Sehr zu empfehlen & sehr lecker! Was ganz anderes!

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of herbs among them thyme and rosemary, on a malty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of rosemary and other herbs on a malty background, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and light herbal. Mixed spiced, grassy and herbal. Bitter and herbal finish.

Bottle 330ml.[ Trade by kappldav123 ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, salvie, moderate to heavy spices - pale spices, mint, rosemary, sage, thyme. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, spices, herbs, salvie - sage. IMO funny but not my style or to my likeing. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120915]

Bottle. Danke David. Herb, flowery and citrus aroma, which gived it a bit of a body lotion nose. Flavorwise it tilts towads a bit more licorice and digestiv notes, wellbalanced beweetn the yeast fruityness and the herbs, quite interesting and very drinkable. Mellow sparkly mouthfeel, medium body. Aromatic herbs retronasal. Definitely something completely new, I do like the approach.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, collapsing, white head. Moderately sweet, spicy, scented aroma with notes of clove, thyme, rosemary. Taste is initially moderately sweet and spicy with predominating notes of clove, more dry and herbal in the middle part, later with reoccuring honey sweetness and matching notes of clove, thyme and rosemary. Well balanced composition of herbal and spicy ingredients; nevertheless a taste I would prefer e.g. as roast lamb sauce or marinade, but not in this amounts as beverage.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich herbs like thyme, sage and rosemary, but also some malt and hops.
