Really bizarre. I'd never heard of Palo Santo wood chips but this is the most unique wood I've ever encountered. It completely dominates the beer. Tastes like fireworks without the sulphur. Also citrus, menthol, cinnamon, spices. Tastes like a weird gruit

Expected something complety different... Blackish-bronish color and a nice tan head. nose of wild liquorice, mint, faint sweetish. Taste is malty-spicy, liquorice, wooden, vanilla and faint tonka flavors. Quite interesting.
