On tap at Ammutsøn, pours an opaque muddy dark brown, basically no head. Nose is complex, with lots of tart cherry skins, red wine, tannins, oak, and some leathery notes. Flavour is pretty exquisite, with tons of red wine barrels, oak, leather, tons of tannins, plenty of balsamic but without being acetonic, finishing with dry, tannic, oaky red wine. This is one of my favourite of this series in a while. Lovely.

Flat, hazy amber color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, oak, old rope, berry skin, mild vinegar, sour red berries, fruit stones, grain, sour dark fruits, alcohol. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour red berries, mild vinegar, old rope, oak, sour dark fruits, vanilla, leafs. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice one.

opalescent brown colour, practically no head at all; aroma of sour cherry juice, acetic acid, acetone, some dark chocolate, some wine cellary and woody notes; taste is similar to the aroma with citric acidy and some tannine-like notes; good one!

0.375l bottle thanks to Lore. Hazy orangush brown body with floating sediments. No head. Aroma of burned sugar, cocoa, sour cherries, vinegar and some a tiny bit of acetone. Very sour beer. It starts with sour cherry notes but then vinegar and lemon juice takes over. Hints of burnt sugar and acetone appear too. Nice beer for sure.

Shortlived transparant bubbles over still ruby-brown beer. Hints of chocolate, sherry, wood, rainwater. Sour-sweet, some faint alcohol, again strange praliné chocolate hints, some lactic acid. Red fruit, bananapeel. Alcoholthinning and -burn, still some slickness, but absent carbonation. Excellent, but doesn't reach the amazing complexity of the '21 Moustache. Txs to Joren for bringing!
