Our third and final West Coast DIPA of The Hop Experiment is a party on the palate and we wanted to go hard, or go home. We added a hefty addition of Waimea and Sultana hops for those big, dank and resinous pine notes followed by flavours of bright pineapple, lemon and grapefruit. With a slightly floral lift from Aussie grown OG hop Cluster, this beer is perfectly balanced and sharp on the finish, well and truly going out with a BANG!

330ml can at Gavel, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a mostly clear yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, super light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a crisp, clean, light dank, light resin, light tropical citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A little light all round, but pleasant, tasty and refreshing.
