Cuvee #2 is a blend of multiple small batches of Central State Table that we occasionally lay down in oak barrels. Light and dry, the funk character from blended fermentation is the key component here, matching with the soft hints of oak from the time spent aging in barrels and a light tartness from our bacteria friends.

Oak, horse blanket, lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Minimally sweet lemon, biscuit malt, moderately sour Brett and mildly bitter hay/wood flavor. NIce body. (bottled June 19th, 2017)
