Shortlived flamingo pink head over pinkish red beer, hazy. Lactic, diary, berries, red fruit. Blueberry/raspberry to my nose. Sour, lactic, blue/billberries, and hints of yoghurt. Warming up a bit, it acquires a hint, a background of fruitsugars, making it nicely more complex. Light body, bit acidthinning. Faint slickness, well carbonated. Very nice, delicate fruitbeer, great! Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Red. Pickled vegetables, berries, some peach, sourish-sweetish.
