Foederland is a rustic farmhouse ale fermented over 14-months in our foeder that emits an ultra local vibe with all regionally-sourced barley and our wild-captured house mixed culture of yeast and bacteria. Discover epic notes of peach skin, apricot and pineapple, with mad fruity funk, nicely balanced acidity and bitterness, finishing with prickly carbonation.
