July 5, 2023. Sometime around four minutes past eight...The Hadron Collider turned back on. New exotic particles were discovered. A new West Coast was born. If you’ve got time for tropical sensations, big resinous pine flavours, and hints of caramel sweetness, this is the brew for you. It’s vibrant with a lingering dry and bitter finish. No dark matter here, just a gateway to refreshing amber goodness.

On Tap at BeerHeadz Lincoln. Slight hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty biscuit, slight pine with citrus. long growing bitterness. Medium body.

Keg at the Ascot Brewery taproom, 06/08/22. Clear golden with a white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is mellow citric peel, melon, grass, soft malts. Taste comprises orange zest, hint of grapefruit, soft malts, melon, light pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent enough sessioner.
