This Fruited Sour is brewed to mimic an iconic NY dessert, cheesecake! With help from Cheesy Eddies Bakery, we were able to recreate flavors of the decadent treat. We then conditioned the beer on cherry, raspberry, strawberry, a hint of coconut, and flavors of cheesecake.

Pours thick, purplish red, with big pink bubbles. Smells crazy sweet, loads of cheesecake, minimal berry. Thick body, sticky, some decent carbonation. Tastes highly sweet, some tartness creeping through it. Some raspberry pudding, lots of cake base.
