A dry IPA where the long sugar chains are broken down for the yeast to consume virtually everything. Eldorado hops has typical aromas, tightening tropical fruit, pears, watermelon and stone fruits. It also has a hint of candy. Mosaic can be described as bringing mango, lemon, citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruit and fir shoots flavor.
