This beer has a fruity, spicy taste with sweetness, hints of apricot, banana, herbs and honey. During the brewing, orange peel, bitter orange and coriander seeds are added. The fermentation takes place at room temperature and the Belgian yeast strain gives more fruity flavors than, for example, English ale.
