Bottle. Pours clear tea amber with airy and quickly vanishing beige head. Clear aroma of malt, with touches of butter and caramel. Bitter flavour of hops and metal (more of the latter), with subtle, sweetish notes of cheap malt and yeast. The flavour is watery on the whole, as is the mouthfeel. Bitter aftertaste of withered nuts. Bad.

Fra fad hos Høkeren: rett inn i butikken etter en rasknsykkeltur i nesten 30 grader var dette riktig svalende, og med en behagelig, passe mørk og fyldig maltprofil. Gratis var det også, og det hjalp på handlelysten.

Bottle sample from a bottle brought by a guy planning to import the beer to Israel, at Porter & Sons. Clear deep amber-brown. Aroma of malt, caramel, some toasty notes and light metallic hints. Sweetish flavor with malt, caramel and a drier finish, slightly herbal and a bit metallic. Light to medium-bodied. Drinkable.
