This beer was brewed in collaboration with our great friends over at Monnik. This lager is crazy crisp and refreshing as all get out. Lightly toasted flaked rice and puffed Jasmine rice give this beer a pleasant cereal forward character.

Good for what it is. Light jasmine rice. Pours golden without much head. Light sweet finish, not super crisp. Tap at brewery.

Lemon, rice malt, and straw aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Mildly sweet lemon, rice malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Beats the hell out of Bud.
