Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8.5 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 8
Smoked chocolate malt, peppers, and hay aroma. Cloudy brown with moderate tan head. Mildly sweet smoked chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Light pepper burn in the finish. Excellent.
