A blend of 1 and 2 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and matured in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on organic Driscoll Maravilla raspberries from Herefordshire and Morello cherries from Kent. Finished in freshly emptied whisky barrels with Madagscan Bourbon vanilla

Bottle at home. Rich reddish colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are raspberry tart and slight sweet vanilla. Crisp tart body.
