Small transparant head over veiled dull-amber beer, no visible cabonation. End of bottle solid yeast. Very smoked, aroma as from chestnust out of the ashes, vinous, strong drinks, and faraway sour fruit & citrus. Sourish-smoked, sour wine and Islay malt whisky. Tarr, phenols, fruitacids and some chocolate. Aftertaste sports some (burned) rubber. Serious acidthinning, some -burn, much better carbonated than it looks. Excellent sour & smoked beer (not an easy marriage), original. Txs to Joren for bringing!
