Denne økologiske og alkoholfri IPA er en kompromisløs gamechanger der omvender selv de mest hårdhudede skeptikere. Udover blødt og umanipuleret vand, flydende gær og et eksperimenterende miks af klassiske og moderne maltsorter har vi skovlet voldsomme mængder chinook, cascade, citra og mosaic humler ned i dette bryg som må betragtes som vores hidtil mest ekstreme. flowery sweet aroma, slightly sweet grassy. sugary sweet malty. flavor is quite flowery hoppy, also a bit pine and grapefruit bitterness, also some hay bitterness, malty base and flavor is okay for a non alc. in fact a quite decent nonalc.

Bottle 330ml @ Sommerhuset
Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, citrus and lime. Taste is light sweet and lihgt bitter with a long average citrus and grain finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is grain, spruce, grapefruit and yeast. Taste is very sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is water with medium carbonation. Finish is medium long and mostly bitter with notes of grapefruit, spruce, malt and grain

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, straw, and wort. The flavor is sweet with notes of wort, citrus fruits, hops, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, dull golden with a tiny, off-white head. The aroma is unfermented wort with a covering layer of citrusy aroma hops. Body is expectedly thin with a sweet, worty fruitiness - and then this layer of aroma hops. Bitter finish. Personaly I'd rather have a Coke. 290520
