Draught, small dense very creamy head with lots of lacing, very dark brown colour and quite opaque, delicate aroma of roasted coffe and hay, flavour of charred wood, hay and hints of smoked meat, long very pleasant sour aftertastede with touches of bitterness, dlicate and quite light for the style, but wonderfully balanced and extremely smooth. Impressive.
