Okay beer, body is good. Malt profile is a little muddy, but hops are nicely absent. Solid. Beery Xmas 2022

Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com Advent Calendar (23/12/2022) - Day 20 / SB Advent Beer Calendar - another new 🇫🇷 brewery ✅ floral and herbal hoppy aroma and taste, some honey like sweetness, sweet bready malty, grass, straw, light to medium bodied, light grassy and floral and herbaceous hoppy into the close. Ok.

Catching up with Beer Hawk Advent Calendar having slowed down due to a chest infection. Aroma is malty with floral notes. Hazy-opaque amber. Thin foamy translucent white head provides 75% coverage. OK - so some rates refer to this being lagery and others to the fact that it's very unlager like. I go with the latter. Big a flirally. Citrus. Malts. A tad too much IMO. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. If anything the lager thus started off as was more in the Vienna style I reckon but it's the flowers that are the key focus of the final beer. OTT.

Bottle from the Beer Hawk Advent Calendar. Pours clear golden amber with a thin white head. Aromas are floral, soap and orange. Taste is more of the same. Not really getting any lager vibes.
