This sweet orange blossom traditional mead spent 10 months aging in a fresh dumped French oak Chardonnay barrel. Citrus and floral notes from the orange blossom honey blend beautifully with green apple and light buttery oak notes from the Chardonnay barrel. This one is perfect for sipping outside as the weather gets warmer.

Meadvent calendar 5. Very clear pale gold, medium viscous. Smells honey, bit floral, lightly sweet. Nice thickness, lingers well. Taste is pretty dry, some light sweetness up front only. Lots of chardonnay, good bit of wood. Some citrus. Light, balanced.

Bottle shared Yaniv, thanks! Pours a clear light gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has sweet honey with a hint of a light citrus and touch of dry white wine note coming through. Flavor has a rich dry honey with a touch of dry citrus and white wine supporting.
