Draft at Steamworks, Seaford. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, light tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, grainy, mineral, light passionfruit, tart grapefruit, light hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

[February 2022] Milky pale gold with a small, bubbly white head and a lovely juicy aroma. Full on fruity with grapefruit bitterness and a wonderful semi-chewy mounthfeel, slips down magnificently
