Tap @ Utrechts bokbierfestival β10 and β11. Slight hazy beige to light brown color, short head. Aroma is very nutty, slight caramel, slight dusty. Bit sweet in taste, nutty again. Decent bok, but completely different from the heavy roasted and coffee-like former version. The brewer mentioned in a pm, they started doing the kilning of the malts themselves, which results in different malts used. I must admit, I preferred the old version of the Bok. This one is pretty ok, but I loved the roasty and coffee notes of the old one.
