On tap at Muted Horn, Berlin. Shared with little Dina. Clear pinkish red. Aroma is strawberry, cherry, red grapes, some apple juice. Cherry brandy comes up. Quite intensely sour, nice sour ripe apple. Also lots of sour cherry and red grapes. Quite vinous. Rather thin. Nice apple skins and red fruit skins in the finish. Cranberry iced tea. Quite refreshing. Medium body. Lasting dry finish.

Vinous, but the strawberry cuts through that, and is actually somewhat dominant. Sweetish, but some tannins in the base cider.

750ml bottle. Pours a clear red with a thin, fizzy, short lived, pink head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of strawberry, cherry, apple, barnyard funk and red wine. Sweet fruity flavour of tart apple, strawberry, cherry, red grape skins, vinegar and Brett in a dry, acidic finish. Medium body with a sticky texture and lively carbonation. Complex and refreshing. Excellent.

Reddish color and almost no head. Acidic and sour fruity. Strawberries, spicy, faint balsamico vinegar. Dry.

Tap at Muted Horn, 6.1% version with Zweigelt grapes. Red, low head. Mead/honey spiciness in the nose strangely enough - honey is about the only thing not in here. Cardamom and the berries, apple in the background, very saftsoppa. Medium body, tart sparkly, broad fruit notes. Feels like it should be sweet, but isn’t. Alcoholic drinkable version of Swedish fruit soup. --- Beer merged from original tick of Revel Cider Soif on 16 Aug 2022 at 16:44 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8. Tasting at Phill's, bottle
Hazy red colour, pale-ish. The aroma is mildly funky and with strawberries, lightly vinous. Semi-dry, with fruit character (strawberries, raspberries), getting drier in the finish, hints of funk, a bit sulfuric.
It's ok.

750ml @ Phill's. Appearance: hazy purple with weak rose head. Aroma: funky, strawberry with a hint of cherries. Taste: along the same lines with lots of strawberries and more prominent cherries. Overall: very nice.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear-ish red with minimal white head. Strawberry dominates, apple, not picking up much of any cherry. Quite nice.

750mL bottle, pours a clear red with a small white head. Nose is earthy and funky, with a nice barnyard funk character upfront; the cherries and strawberries show up later on, albeit in dry form, with a bit of musty grape skins. Flavour is loaded with strawberry upfront, followed by subtle cherry, apple skins, and musty grape skins. Gently funky, with a dry, musty finish with little residual sweetness but lots of strawberry. Very good.
