500ml botte. Clear golden colour with average macropore white head. Slightly sweet malt aroma with a grassy touch. Sweet malty taste, counterbalanced by an increasing bitter hop note.

Bottle. Sweet grainy malt aroma with just a hint of hops. Hazy yellow color with small head. Sweet honey barley malt and lightly bitter grass hops flavor. Okay - middle of the road.

I will assume this is the same as their Vollbier Hell. Draft at the brewery. Deep golden color, frothy white head. Very, very malty cereal nose. Very smooth mouth with low low hops. Not a lot of depth, but good malt character and decent enough.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, hay and some mild notes of cardboard and saltwater. Flavour is saltwater, grass, some bready malts as well as some mild herbal notes. Clean Helles, but rather boring.
