Italian Style Pilsner
We've been perfecting classic beer styles for decades as brewers, so of course, we had to work on an "Italian style Pils" for 2022. With Rubikon, we’ve added the additional dry-hopping step that sets the style apart from "normal" European pilsner while remaining very familiar.
This step brings out the herbal, earthy aromas of the hops without imparting any bitterness, and truly adds another dimension to our take on our favorite style to make!

Can from Busch's. Pours a clear golden straw color with a full 2 fingers of white foam that lingers. Sweet grain, herbal hops with mint and faint citrus present. More of the same on the palate. Almost a note of Amarillo hop orangeness in there. Sweet malt and citrus with an herbal, earthy note on the finish. Not bad.
