The alluring and exotic Gewürztraminer grape (Alsace, FR) teams up with the Danish Aroma apple to give it structure and freshness. GW has perfume for the nose and lots of spices, tropical fruits and a bit of tannin that is balanced out with quenchy acidity from the apples.
