Let me introduce you to Auld Yin – a wrinkly more experienced take on youngster Yin. 9 months in the company of an insightful, complex whiskey cask made a pretty interesting spin on this imperial tajii taste adventure. Aye!

Bottle from Olbutikken, Copenhagen. Opaque black - brown beer. Good pale tan head. Semi soft palate. Mild carbonation. Nice barrel aged malt - soft vanilla, mild whisky. A little toffee and coffee. FInishes soft and semi dry. Pretty much on the nose for a BA Stout.

Bottle. Pours a black color with a tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma with woody hints and hints of licorice. Roasted malty chocolate and licorice flavor with woody bitter hints. Has a roasted malty woody chocolate finish.

Bottled. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some liquorice, mild alcohol and whisky notes. Flavour is liquorice, some whisky notes, mild toffee and some slight alcohol. Alcohol also gives quite burning notes in the finish and aftertaste.

bottle at ungstrups. pitch dark, small light brown head. aroma is roasted malty, phenolic, brown sugar. flavor is roasted malty, coffee, caramel, wood, whiskey, awesome flavor.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, and alcohol, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
