Gose au Cassis Noir de Bourgogne.
Cette belle Gose, est un style de bière blanche de blé, saline et acidulée, qui a été travaillée avec une bonne grosse de dose de Cassis ! Du Noir de Bourgogne bien évidemment ! C’est un hommage à l’illustre Chanoine Kir en quelque sorte. Une vraie confiture de l’espace.

Cassis-Konfibrötli zum Znacht. 🥰 Sehr lecker, nicht zu sauer, dezent Salz, kaum Süsse, dickflüssig. Geht in Richtung Smoothie Sour, grosse Klasse! Danke Thom O.
