ABV: 11.0%. Clear medium to light amber orange colour with virually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, rich apple, stewed apple, caramelized apple, oak, concentrated apples, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, rich apples, concentrated apples, tart apples, stewed apple, caramelized apple. Body is medium, texture is watery - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. Nice *

375mL bottle, courtesy of fonefan (thanks Jan!), pours a clear bronze. Aroma brings out rich toffee, caramel, treacle and stewed apples. Flavour is loaded with treacle toffee, caramel, and brown sugar. Lots of stewed apples and treacle. Lovely.

2016 bottle recommended and shared by the barkeeper at Holm Cider. Golden color with no head. Aroma is walnuts, blue cheese, concentrated apples, incredible complexity there, yet it is all so subtle and takes a while to open up. Taste is walnuts, concentrated apples, sweet, but not too sweet, with not much acidity there, but it stays very elegant and balanced. Warming finish, oily mouthfeel, flat. This is really amazing stuff, so different and complex. It made Brännlands 35 Brix look like simple gummybear juice next to it.
