Cascade Pale Ale. Inspired by the top quality Cascade we’ve been seeing, it was only right to brew a beer specifically to let it shine. Normally reserved and revered for IPAs and West Coast IPAs, we decided to crack on and do a Pale instead. Initial nose is floral, bright, lemon, rosewater, cedar and orange zest. Body is round, lightly sweet and oozes orange juice, pine, light notes of grapefruit and a bag full of floral to beat the band.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is soft wheat, midget gems, bubble gum, orange shurbet, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sticky orange, spicy orange rind, bubble gum, midget gems, juicy. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. ok.

Can at home, from HOTM online, I HATE CUP FINALS, 15/05/21. Milky orange to yellow with a good sized white head. Nose is orange pith, pine needle, grass, ripe melon, light hop spice, mango rip. Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine dusting, hint of weed, ripe melon, mixed tropical fruits, airy malts, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Solid pale ... great balance, flavour profile and drinkability.

Milky yellow with a medium head. Aroma of mango hop. Flavour is tropical fruits, candy fruits, vanilla hop base. Dry sweet finish.
