With every spring comes new possibilities. A magical awakening to the year that lies ahead. With a thirst for always venturing off the beaten path, our palates have wandered north to explore a world rooted in rich harvesting traditions. The result? Nordic Spring – a super citrusy hazy IPA brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast, wild juniper berries, orange peel and Danko rye malt.
Balanced yet bursting with waves of flavor, the Kviek yeast used in Nordic Spring ferments at higher temperatures, imparting strong citrus and tropical notes that can warm up the coldest of Norwegian springs.
Nordic Spring is the first release of our 2023 Off-Centered Art Series, donning whimsical artwork from our good pal Natalya Balnova. Based in New York, Natalya works as an illustrator, designer and printmaker whose playful work can be found across dozens of publications and brands.

12 ounce can. Hazy, yellow gold pour. Large, frothy beige head. Clinging lace. Soft, citrus aroma. Zesty citrus flavor hints at orange. Earthy malt leads to a dryish, peppery flavor. Perhaps a hint of juniper berries as well.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours an unclear golden straw with a fluffy white head that lingers. Herbal and citrus aromas on the nose. Crushable on the palate with more citrus, herbs and pith notes. Slight peppery rye notes on the finish with lingering bright citrus. Very nice.
