DIPA brewed in collaboration with our friends from Finback. Brewed with a base of English pale malt and flaked oats for a super smooth and soft mouthfeel and fermented with the new whitelabs Tropicale yeast strain to liberate more thiols. Dry hopped to the moon and back with Citra, Vic Secret and Mosaic hops. Super tropical with notes of pink guava, peach, piña colada and bubble gum.

440ml. can. @SinDueña, Compostela 09/02/2023 [#5.788 Global - #1.255 Spain - #9 Gross] Pours light hazed golden with a lot of floaters and a medium head. Aroma: confectionery, ripe peach and booze. Taste: confectionery, overripe citrus and lightly spicy. Boozy mouthfeel. Next one please!

Draught Medium, juist off-white head over pineapplejuice-coloured beer. Citrus, ureum, exotic fruit - somehow as slightly heated - lupulin galore. Sweet-light bitterish and very fruity, lending a light sourish impression and hence making for a good balance. Light bitterish aromatic herbs, lightly spicy. Slick, hopoils, good carbonation, long lasting flavours. Hyper-classical, and pretty good.
