One beast of a beer. Very thick, roasty, dark chocolate . Seems like an excellent stout base. But, the barrel is just way too heavily done. Alcoholic, loads of cheap tasting bourbon, all nuances of the base are smashed. Bit of a waste. Didn't finish.

16oz can pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is rich roast malts bourbon barrel chocolate ash. Taste is more of the rich roast malts ash bourbon barrel.
