Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Hopfiger Beginn, der für ein IPA aber nicht sonderlich stark ausfällt. Deutliche Herbe mit starker aber schnell abflachender Bitterkeit. Frisch hopfig, wenig fruchtig, Hefe. Trockener, bitter-hopfiger Abgang. 9/8/9/10/10/9
