appears muddy brown, small brown head. aroma of caramel, slightly sour. flavor of caramel, burned sugar, alc. bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a very cloudy dark amber with a tall, rough shaving foam style off-white head. Spicy aroma of cardamom. Quite full-bodied, sweetish fruit and spice accents and a whiff of yeast. No bitterness. 291208

Bottle 50cl. @ home.Unclear medium amber color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy - cardamom and white clove, light hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081023]

Bottle. Creamy off-white excellent mostly deminishing head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma with nice cinnamon notes. A bit week but delicate. Moderate bitter flavor. Spicey. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Very nice christmasbrew.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich with spices, orange and other fruits.

50 cL bottle. Pours murky dark brown with a diminished white head. Yeasty, light citric and roasted malty. Cardemomme and cloves spiced flavoured. Mild citric touch. Quite solid carbonated. Sweet malty finish with a classic danish christmas cookie note.

Dark brownish colour with medium beige head high carbonation and aroma of dried fruits and christmas spices,unbalanced but warming beer.
