Bottle from Eldesmadre, thanks! Dark brown color. Chocolate, licorice and apple syrup in both aroma and flavor. Malty sweet, nutty flavor. Thinnish. Slightly alcoholic. Rather onedimensional.

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności 15.11.2015, temperatura degustacji 14 stopni +, szkło snifter. Aromat: głównie słodowo-karmelowy, trochę ciemnego pieczywa, coś tam majaczą ciemne owoce i tyle, jak na porter bałtycki to aromat naprawdę jednolinijny i słabo złożony, mało się dzieje, gdzie kawa, czekolada, paloność, wad sensorycznych nie wyczuwam ale jak na styl to słabiutko. Piana: obfita, jasny beż, drobno pęcherzykowa, leasing brak. Barwa: ciemny rubin, klarowne. Smak: karmelowo- truflowy, delikatna kawa, szybko przechodzi z słodyczy w wytrawność, goryczka średnia (trochę niska jak na styl) cierpka, (na języku pozostaje taka szorstkość) kwaskowata z finiszem alkoholowym (najpierw ściąga środek języka, następnie rozgrzewa podniebienie). Wysycenie średnie do niskiego, ciało średnie. Jak na piwo samo w sobie nie jest źle idzie wypić, natomiast jak na styl to słabo, szybciej bym powiedział że to jakaś interpretacja bocka.

As Krajan Kujawskie Porter. Pours brown, thin off-white head. Brown sugar aromas, brown malt.

Bottle. Pours clearcopper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and dried fruit. Slightly roasty, sweetish flavour of malt with notes of caramel. Dryish finish. A trifle thin. OK but I have tasted better Baltic Porters from Poland.

Appearance: Dark and subtle red color with a small beige head. Some lacing.
Aroma: Some roasted malt and light fruity.
Palate: Medium plus body. Slightly sweet and light bitter. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Roasted malt, chocolate and light fruity. Well hidden alcohol
Overall impression: A pretty nice Baltic porter.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks zvikar. Deep red-ruby color with a beige head. Aroma of smoked meat, toasted malt, caramel, dark fruits and vinous notes. Sweet flavor with licorice, caramel, some chocolate, vanilla notes, fruits and alcohol. Medium to full-bodied. Nolt really my thing but not bad.

At a tasting, thanks Zvikar, smallish beige head which lasts for a while, clear deep brown colour with reddish taints, aromas of coffee, dried fruits and brown sugar. Flavours of darkchocolate, amontilado sherry, wood dried fruits ansd some oxidised notes. aftertaste of dried fruits and chocolate cake, yum...

Bottle. Courtesy Saxo bought in Poland. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Red amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Sweet and light bitter flavor. Not very roasted. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are sweet fruits, yeast, coffee and some licorice. Quite sweet.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium red brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark bread, roasted, licorice notes.
