Brewed with 5 different malts and grains, you will find the traditional complexity of a big bold Belgian style beer. The difference with this one will be the dryness that quenches your thirst.
This beer pairs exceptionally well with cheeses, red meats and traditional northern European dishes. In other words, very rich dishes.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Nearly clear amber, lasting offwhite head. Malty aroma, light yeasty notes, mild yeasty spice. Sweet flavour, malty with lasting yeasty spice, slightly rough in the finish, but not in a bad way.

Bottle at the RBESG 23 grand tasting. Murky amber body, off-white head. Caramel, dried fruit and orange in the aroma. Lean, caramelly, perfumey taste, big yeasty presence, light bitterness. Hm. Liked it, my notes just aren't great.
