Ever wondered how a monk refrained from the unholy. Give this a try! A big bold Triple Ambrée created to satisfy the most discerning craft beer drinkers.
Brewed with 5 different malts and grains, you will find the traditional complexity of a big bold Belgian style beer. The difference with this one will be the dryness that quenches your thirst.
This beer pairs exceptionally well with cheeses, red meats and traditional northern European dishes. In other words, very rich dishes.

Trockener, karamellig-alkoholischer Beginn. Mild süß-säuerlich bei leicht erhöhter Karbonisierung, etwas trocken, hellmalzig. Mittellanger Abgang, in dem sich die Herbe steigert. 10/8/9/8/10/8

Bottle at the RBESG 23 grand tasting. Murky amber body, off-white head. Caramel, dried fruit and orange in the aroma. Lean, caramelly, perfumey taste, big yeasty presence, light bitterness. Hm. Liked it, my notes just aren't great.

Brown with a frothy, light beige head that lingers. Caramel aroma. Bittersweet, a mix of roasted grains and candy. A bit tart too, especially at the finish, red currants drizzled with vinegar. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Grows on you.
