Bottle looks good, the beer in the glass as well. Starts malty-dry, slightly alcoholic hoppy notes, modest sourish. Finish could be more balanced, still quite dry. Good, but not great bock!

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Sweet cara-malty aroma with subtle fruity notes and herbal hops, accompanied by a whiff of alcohol. Sweet and shy bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a pleasantly soft carbonation. Slightly biscuity cara-malty taste with slightly herbal accents; sweet and slightly bitter finish with a light to moderate herbal hops character and traces of alcohol. Not bad, but also not great. 01.XI.10
