0.473l can. Jet black body with no head only a brown lace. Aroma and taste of chocolate, coffee, caramel, vanilla and coconut. Thick bodied, very sweet beer. Like a nice liquid dessert.

Sample @ tasting by Beermalade. Head is no real. Colour is dark, opaque. Aroma is rich malty, chocolate, coffee, coconut, dark fruits. Taste is full malty base, chocolate, coffee, coconut, dark dried fruits, wafle, decent bitterness, soft carbonation, good, enjoyed

Can at tasting. Malty aroma and taste, coffee, dark chocolate, roastyness, coconut, maple syrup, vanilla notes, alcohol, medium sweet and bitter. Full body, malty roasty coffeeish bitter sweet finish. Good.

Can from Beer Republic. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee, vanilla and maple syrup. Flavor is very sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Oily and soft. 030225

Sample (thanks fonefan!). More or less pitch black colour with a minor off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some chocolate, liquorice, syrup and some mild vanillaish tones with also some roast. Flavour is vanilla, some chocolate, coconut, liquorice, some syrup and more chocolate. Long chocolaty and vanillaish aftertaste. Smooth, but a bit sharp with the roast and ashy elements.

solid cake like aroma, dark chocolate cake with dark caramel, or perhaps a dark caramel dark chocolate dessert chocolate case. or pastry with dark chocolate. syrupy or cake glazing note too. very sweet aroma, also very dark caramelly and dark chocolatey at the same time. the coffee aroma is well buried but the aroma might resemble a coffee with some kind of flavoring syrup or booze. Flavor is coffee, chocolate, booze, dark caramel, alcohol. a bit brutal and chocolate/caramel/herbal bitter rather than the much more refined roasted malts / hoppy bitter you might expect. Very much a pastry porter imho.

Opaque colour, vanishing head. Sweet waffel aroma. Medium to full-bodied. Very sweet, light coffee, lots of waffel. Diabetes beer.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Viscous black, small brown head. Aroma of cardamom and caramel. Very sweet with full body and sticky mouthfeel. Syrup, caramel, more syrup and cardamom. Sweetness and cardamom kills all in it's way.
