Linden Gose on perinteinen itäsaksalainen vehnäolut, joka on maustettu suolalla. Gose on yleisilmeeltään hapan. Korianterinsiemen, appelsiininkuori sekä merisuola tekevät mausta miellyttävän raikkaan ja pieni määrä katajanmarjaa tuo makuun pientä metsämäistä vivahdetta. Linden Gose maistuu hienosti esimerkiksi kalans kanssa ja on virkistävän raikas kuumana kesäpäivänä.

Bottled (Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some salty tones with mild tart wooden elements. Flavour is fruity, floral, some salty tones with mild grains too. Nicely tart finish.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, small head. Citric nose. Sour with light body and clean mouthfeel. Mostly citric acid, not much else. No bitterness. Slight buttery finish.

[ As Linden Gose ].
ABV: 4.8%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, citrus, tart - sour, gooseberry - sea buckthorn, fruit peel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, citrus, citrus lemonada, salty, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20221112]

Sample from the bottle at Bierkkala, Tampere. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, some orange peel, some sourness....ok.

Tap @ SOPP Tku 2021. Smell of lemonade/Sprite. Hazy lemon colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, salt, coriander, some other spices. Citrus dominates. A bit too sour, also salty. Light body. Fresh. Flat carbon, slightly dry palate.
