Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a small off-white head that fades over a hazy to murky amber body. Aroma of plum and apricot skins, tannins, berries, oak, florals, sourness and chlorine. Taste is sour, vinegar, a bit of fruit, but not much else. A bit flat (not complex) flavor wise, albeit still good.

Unclear amber with a medium off white head. aroma had acetone, sour berries and toasted malt. Flavour was sour with sour berries, acetone, lacto and brett notes. Finished sour. Not bad. Give it a year and it’s ready.

Bottle from Olbutikken, Copehhagen. Thanks Christian. Pours a muddy orange with a small bubbly head. Nose & taste is slight tart with some brett, wood, marzipan, caramel and cherry notes. Medium bodied. Not as complex and not nearly as sour as I would have loved it to be. Still pretty nice!!

Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. The aroma is dominated by yummy brettanomyces. There is grapefruit and some malty caramel. Flavour is tart and fruity, with a malty caramel note and a touch of bubblegum. A refreshing and delicious beer, and quite unique too.
