Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean and pleasantly hoppy. Simcoe and Centennial hops contribute to its great citrus flavor and the creative use of four hops keeps this beer easy drinking and moderately bitter.

Hazy medium amber colour, small frothy off-white to white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma toasted malts, bread, lemon, pineapple, pine resin. Smooth taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, fruity, toffee, piney. Bittersweet aftertaste, resinous, earthy notes, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Good IPA, well-made, good example of a more robust IPA.

12oz bottle. Filtered copper-orange body. Foamy off-white head. Quite an unappetizing, diesel aroma. I guess this is pretty much 90s IPA. Tastes old and bad to me, but I suppose at one time those syrupy, resinous tones were novel and maybe even desirable. Hairspray, plastic...something off-putting in addition to the bitter hops. I'll get through the bottle, but this is not a beer I would ever recommend or revisit.

Bottle at Beer Temple. Light amber with a small white head. On the sweet side with light hops, caramel, some citrus and malt. The body was medium as was the bitterness. The bottle was a bit old me think.

22-ounce bottle pours out a crisp golden color top of a small head. Nose is wet grass some earthy hops a little bit of citrus bread malt. Taste is more of the wet grass some herbal note hops a little Citrus touch and a well-balanced malt bill on the end.

Bottle. Old. Big honey on aroma. Tropical fruit all along. Medium body. Oily to creamy texture. Moderately malty and heavily hoppy flavour. Pale ale base. Bitter feel ever after. This IPA is good. Wish to try it fresher.
