Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some mild yeasty and earthy tones. Flavour is floral, some herbal and mild earthy tones. Yeasty things ruin this quite much.

Bottle 50 cl. Hazy, nutty brown with a small, off-white head. Sweet, burned xaramel in the nose - and a whiff of Brett. Medium body, same sweet, burned caramel, a touch of nuts and smoke - and then again Brett. The beer is clearly infected, but it's honestly quite enjoyable. They have a great wild yeast strain at this farm. Dry and lightly hoppy finish. 040520
