2085-6 — класика ірландського пивоваріння. Через досить високу мінералізацію води в Дубліні, світлі сорти пива виходили не зовсім вдалими, а от темні сорти — були неперевершеними. В нашій інтерпретації цього стилю ми зімітували як мінеральний склад води Ірландії, так і солодову складову засипу у поєднанні з благородним британським хмелем.

Draft at MBCC 2023, Blue session. Poured a murky dark brown colour with a lasting frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light caramel. The flavour is light sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, light, roasty, smoky light ashtray palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Slava Ukraini!

MBCC. Hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 050523

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is grainy, chocolate. Taste is cereals, grains, chocolate, medium sweetness upfront, dry finish. Almost watery body. Definitely an Irish stout!

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is mild lactose, some slight rye, some toasted tones with mild roast. Flavour is lactose, some floral, roast and mild nutty tones.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Near black, small head. Aroma of cold coffee. Mid sweeet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Hard roasted malt, but thin and without supporting hops. Some burnt malt bitterness.
